Teacher Candidates: Work/Life Balance

Now that you are in the middle of Practicum...it's time for a check-in! How are you feeling? What does your body feel like? Is there tension in your shoulders? Are you feeling tired? It's time to take a second and check in with yourself. Attached is a quiz that has been developed by the Canadian Mental Health Association.
